3 Things You’ll Never Find on Well Plated

A recipe that calls for half a can of anything. Oh no, that’s not how we do it where I’m from. If we’re going to crack open a can of coconut milk, you better believe we’re going to use the whole thing.

A recipe that I haven’t eaten. I’m tirelessly dedicated to providing well-tested recipes. Before I post a new recipe, you can feel confident that I have personally developed and tested it in my own kitchen and worked out the mistakes so you don’t have to.

A recipe that calls for an ingredient you can’t find at your local grocery store. Having to search high and low for an elusive ingredient just isn’t practical for most of us. I develop recipes with everyday ingredients and offer simple swaps for ingredients that might be hard to find.
